12ED Electric Drive Wire Flame Spray Gun
The Metal Coat 12ED Wire Flame spray gun is the state-of-the-art electric drive wire flame spray gun. Here, in this model, an AC powered motor is provided, which ensures constant wire feed rates, thereby preventing any variation in speed that may occur in air-driven wire feeding.
The constant wire feed rate makes it very easy to spray hard wire such as Molybdenum, Stainless Steel, Mild Steel, etc. and results in excellent coatings. The 12ED Model requires comparatively less maintenance than the other wire flame spray torches.
Spray Coating Wires Used
The Metal Coat 12ED Wire Flame Spray Manufacturer Torch Model is designed to spray hard wires like stainless steel, Molybdenum with ease. The standard wire size used is 1/8″ (3.17mm). It can also spray wire sizes of 11G, 15G, 1.6mm, 2mm, and 2.5mm.
